I serve as the Nominated Individual for the regulated activity of Accommodation for people requiring nursing or personal care. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring that the care facilities operate in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
I act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and oversee the quality of care provided to residents. I play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding individuals’ well-being, and ensuring that the homes adhere to legal and ethical requirements in the context of residential care for individuals needing personal care.
