Maple Tree

Maple Tree is a one person, residential home providing accommodation to a person with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism (this may include Dual diagnosis). The home provides accommodation for people who are over the age of 18. Maple Tree will support people to learn practical life skills and take part in a range of community and home-based activities, enabling their progress and transition towards a more independent life.

Maple Tree has been designed and developed by working with a multi-disciplinary team which includes social workers, Occupational therapists, Psychiatrists and the persons family members to ensure the home has been developed to meet individual needs.
